Andrew S. LeRoy of Bautista LeRoy was recently recognized in the 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in America for excellence in Medical Malpractice Law and Personal Injury Litigation. 

“I was born and raised in Kansas City,” says Andrew in an interview. “Those people that raised me are the same people that I want to help.”

Andrew's practice focuses on cases related to medical malpractice, car accidents, elder abuse, nursing home negligence, and insurance bad faith litigation. 

“When you're injured in a car accident,” Andrew continues, “or due to someone's negligence in a nursing home, or a train accident, you have to deal with insurance companies that flat out don't want to pay you. You have medical bills piling up, and you have the other side saying it was your fault. It's solving these problems and finding creative solutions that get me excited. It's standing up for individuals instead of large companies.”

Andrew brings his extensive knowledge from handling cases nationwide across Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Tennessee.  Prior to becoming a partner with Bautista LeRoy LLC, Andrew was a plaintiff's attorney handling complex product liability cases involving ATVs, Remington Model 700 rifles, tree stands and farming equipment. This broad experience gives him a better understanding of how insurance companies operate around the United States which allows him to achieve better results for the firm's clients.
